International Team Registrations – 1st January
The festival recognises international associations whose registration dates commence 1st January.

Festival Structure

• All teams will commence playing in groups in their Leagues
• The teams placed first and second will enter the Semi–finals
• Teams will be guaranteed a minimum of 5 games

Rules / Referees

• The competition is sanctioned by the Football Association, UEFA and FIFA
• The Competition shall be open to all clubs that have affiliated to their County/National Football Association
• All referees are registered with the Football Association
• All games are 7–a–side
• The duration of the games will be 12 minutes each way
• Squads are able to consist of 10 players
• Three substitutes will be permitted to play per game on a roll on roll off basis
• A full set of rules will be distributed to all teams prior to the Tournament
